e-port is the solution to achieve a comprehensive computerized port management. The e-Port contains two platforms: Port Portal and Terminal ERP.

Port Portal Systems
The Port Portal system is a nationwide B2B port and shipping e-community that provides integrated services to shipping lines, hauliers, freight companies, shippers, and local government agencies. With direct and easy access to the web-based network, users at diverse locality can make speedy, effective decisions and track their vessels and cargo on a 24-hour, paperless and real-time basis.

1. Products
Port Portal System (PPS) provides integrated services to shipping line, hauliers, freight forwarders, shippers and local government agencies operating. The user-friendly system also provide the end users with detailed and accurate tracking statuses for vessels, containers and hauliers, enhancing the efficiency of document administration and quality or port logistics service.

1.2.1 Vessel Service

Vessel Static
This feature captures vessel cell location information from the terminal ship planning system. It will provide container cell location needed by Bay Plan.
Service Route
This feature allows shipping line/agent and terminal users to define the vessel list which sails on a service route and the ports of call.
Sailing Schedule
This feature allows the shipping line/agent and terminal user to set up the information of the sailing schedule. The user can specify the voyage number for a vessel, define its arrival and departure times at the ports and terminal.
Berth Application
This feature allows the shipping line/agent, terminal user to submit and update berth application. The user can specify berth location, pilot boat for the vessel through this module. This module also receives berth application approval and allocated berth information
Berth Schedule
This feature provides a quick inquiry function for berth application information. Users can obtain information such as berthing time, departure time, berth location and the current vessel status.
1.2.2 Container Service

Discharge/ROB
This feature allows shipping line, shipping agent, terminal user and administrator to submit discharge/ROB containers online. It provides information such as container gross weight, size type, port of discharge, port of destination
Loading
This feature allows shipping line, shipping agent, freight forwarder and terminal user to submit loading list information on-line. It provides information such as container gross weight, size type, port of loading and port of destination.
Storage
This feature allows shipping line/agent and terminal user to manage storage container. It provides storage container gross weight, size type, status and container owner information.
IF (Information)
This feature allows shipping line/agent and terminal user to track the real-time status of vessel and containers at any time
CFS (Container Freight Station)
This feature allows shipping line/agent, terminal user to submit stuffing/unstuffing booking information.
EDO (Electronic Delivery Booking)
This feature allows shipping line/agent and terminal user to submit delivery order. It nominates hauliers for containers.
1.2.3 Haulier Service

Vehicle Resource
This feature provides haulier users, terminal users with an online service to manage vehicle resources.
Pregate
This feature allows hauliers, railway carriers and terminal users to process pregate bookings. This pregate booking information will be sent to terminal gate for gate planning. Through the pregate module, terminal will speed up gate operation and help haulier to reduce the waiting time of prime mover.
1.2.4 EDI Service

Process EDI Files
This feature allows uploading the EDI files, such as Bapile, ELL and other EDI file format with discharging/loading/ROB containers.
Enquiry Process Status
This feature allows allow enquiring EDI status file for different type of EDI files.
1.2.5 Customs Service

Custom Inspection
This feature allows customers to submit the custom inspection request (such as Full Inspection, Open Door and X-Ray inspections).
1.2.6 Admin Service

Community
This feature is security administration module. It supports single sign-on and assigns operation privilege for users in the system. It also provides external parties to manage their role description.

Train Call
This feature allows train company to submit the train call to inform port when the train arrival and departure.
